  • Combinations of any menus are welcome – please call for price
  • Custom menus are welcomed - Tastings can be scheduled
  • We can provide any sized group, from several to several thousand
  • We do buffets, appetizers, stations, picnics, plated meals, family style meals
  • Final count for events needed 7 days in advance to be guaranteed
  • Last minute orders are welcomed, but we can't guarantee any menu or delivery time
  • If we have 24 hours notice we can do most events
  • Pig roast final guest count needed 14 days in advance
  • Your invoice is based on your final guaranteed count
  • We can arrange your rentals, bar, tents, port-a-potties, etc.
  • All sales subject to 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax – tax exempt certificates welcomed
  • Charges will apply for cake cutting
  • We can deliver Monday – Sunday, any time of day
  • Delivery charge of $20 if order is under $200
  • $5 fuel charge on other deliveries
  • We will pick up our equipment M – F from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm or by arrangement
  • You can return the equipment to our kitchen
  • Late night or weekend pickups are $50
  • $1 per minute surcharge for deliveries outside of Brown County
  • Servers, bartenders, chefs get $18 - $25 per hour plus a service charge of 8% – 25%
  • Certain venues require an extra fee percentage which can vary by venue.
  • Deposit of $250 required to hold dates of personal events
  • Payment is due at delivery for personal events
  • Payment is due net 30 for business events
  • We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, electronic
  • Yes - You can pick up your order from our kitchen
